Ramen & Sushi
What better way to satisfy a hungry crowd and also give them energy to have a productive day without the after-lunch yawns. The combination of our Ton-Kotsu Ramen and Sushi platters always satisfies while also creating diversity in the offerings to your teams.
We start with preparing and serving Ton-Kotsu Ramen from either Pork or Vegetarian broth bases. These are each made from scratch in our kitchen each day. Toppings range and can be customized. Our sushi platters are also usually 2-3 different nigiri sushi or rolls. We can work with you to avoid any allergies or preferences.
"Rice Bun" & Sushi
A special creation that Kenichi himself constructed from childhood memories in Nagasaki, we make a bed of fresh butter lettuce leaves, and then line it with a flat, baked rice pancake. On top we add chicken, filet mignon, or fish. Then, we add some sautéed vegetables and a special "tare" or seasoning. We find that people will eat between 1 and 2 of these at a time. They are the size of large tacos. You roll up the lettuce and then eat it in about 5 bites.
